At just 14, I survived a tragic car accident that left me paralyzed and in a coma. I was declared dead three times-but I came back with purpose. That experience didn’t just change my body; it transformed my mindset.

Today, I’m the CEO of Poetic Angels LLC, a published author, and a trained Toastmasters leader. I empower people to mentally “Stand On Their Own Two Feet” through my Mobility Motivational Speeches and workshops.

My method? Six simple habits I call the 6 Pillars of Motivation & Momentum:

  1. Meditation – Center your mind before the world tries to distract it.
  2. Minding My Business – Protect your energy. Focus is power.
  3. Structure – Discipline creates freedom.
  4. Confidence – Affirm your worth daily.
  5. Positivity – Choose joy, even in pain.
  6. Doing Good Deeds – Purpose heals and motivates.

These habits helped me rebuild mentally, spiritually, and emotionally-and I now teach others to do the same.
