This club was born from a personal journey. For nearly 20 years, I struggled with anxiety and fear when speaking in front of groups without the aid of a PowerPoint presentation. These challenges hindered my career progression and business growth. After trying various speaking groups where I struggled to feel prepared or comfortable, I realized in late 2023 that many other business owners likely faced similar obstacles.
With that realization, the Walker Business Leaders Toastmasters Club was created. In just a few short months, our vision of fostering a supportive and empowering environment became a reality, earning the support of local dignitaries, media recognition, and a growing community of motivated leaders.
